2012 Truth Quest Journey: Weekly Themes
Week 1: C.S.I. (Christ Seen Investigators)-A myth buster week, investigate the Bible, find clues and mysteries about healing, Christ's power, and prayer.
Week 2: Extreme Hero-Learn more from the life of Joshua--Extreme faith, extreme courage, extreme sports, and everything EXTREME.
Week 3: First Responder-Learn about life saving techniques and how Christ died to SAVE us.
Week 4: Mad House Olympics- What does it take to win? Commitment, hard work, and practices to succeed. Experience team building games and activities of strength and skill.
Week 5: Independence Week-Learn about different cultures, diversity, and celebrating being sons and daughters of God and the freedom we have in Christ.
Week 6: Roughing It-Adventure Week-What does it take to survive when you are lost? Where do you go for directions? Learn how to pitch a tent, cook over the fire, read a map and more. Discover together how to get to our final destination-heaven!
Week 7: Operation World Mission-Learn how to answer the call from God and experience a journey to a mock 3rd world village.
Week 8: Deal or No Deal-Like to take risks? At what expense? Learn what the Bible says about greed, materialism, compromising morals, and putting others before God.
Week 9: Camp Pathway's Got Talent-Music, art, drama-whatever it may be, learn how to use your God given gifts and talents to glorify God. A Talent Show to take place this week!
Week 10: Boot Camp-Learn how to prepare for battle using the Armor of God to fight the good fight.
Camp Pathway is Christian (non-denominational) summer day camp and an outreach ministry of Hephzibah Ministries, Inc. (www.hephzibah.com). Camp Pathway was established in 2004. We offer fun filled activities to keep your children busy and active throughout the entire day! Some of our activities include kayaking, canoeing, archery, inflatables, singing, devotions, swimming, nature hikes, arts and crafts, and much more. Children ages 4-12 are eligible to register!
